Please utilize this instructional guide to assist you in reserving an amenity in TownSq. We highly recommend opening your browser to the TownSq website so that you can work alongside this guide.

All residents who wish to reserve an amenity must have a TownSq account.
Please note that the photos below are from a test association, every association has different amenities. Therefore these photos are to be utilized as a reference and will not replicate your specific community association TownSq portal or amenities.
Log in to your TownSq account, once logged in, your account should say “Hi, (owners name)!” Please click “My Community” on the left menu, (blue highlight)

The next screen should lead you to a screen where you will see “Reservations” as an option. Please scroll over it (do not click), and options on the bottom of the square should pop up. Please click “Amenities”.
From here, you will click on the amenity you are seeking to reserve.
You will be taken to the calendar for that amenity. Select the date you and time that would like to reserve, please keep in mind that only one reservation is permitted per day. Any reservation that does not meet the requirements and is not in good standing with the association will be denied.
The address, important information in the description, capacity, price, days available for reservation. Please be sure to take a moment to read the terms of usage, as these will contain the specific parameters surrounding reservations along with the guidelines you must agree to.
On the calendar you will see (if applicable) reservations that have been made, at the bottom of the calendar you will see a “Key” that explains what each color
means.
Once your time and date is selected, you will be prompted to review the reservation. Make sure the time and date you have selected is correct, you may enter a description of the event, and you must review the Terms of Usage and agree to these to reserve the amenity. Click “Reserve”. You will see a pop up, this confirms the reservation was made.
Once this has been completed, please wait for an email from our reservation team to determine if your reservation request has been approved or denied. Reservations can take up 3 – 5 business days to be reviewed, and sometimes up to 7 business days during the busier times of year. We highly recommend sending your requests far enough in advance so that our teams are not overwhelmed by residents requesting updates.
