Remote Access Device FAQ

What is a Remote Access Device?

A remote access device, also known as a RAD, is a device that is remotely activated to grant you access to your community amenities. These can be cards or fobs, depending on what your association was using at the time of processing.

I am a new resident, will a RAD be mailed to me automatically?

No, all residents must order their RAD and agree to the terms of use. This ensures that you understand the liability that comes with possessing the RAD.

I submitted for my RAD, now what?

Once this form is submitted, it will be processed by our office. Processing times take roughly 2 - 3 business days, once processed your device will be mailed via USPS mail. Mailing times can take roughly 2 weeks, this time is dependent on the USPS processing times.

Please keep in mind that you may not be the only resident submitting a request for a new or existing device. Our team handles approximately 20-30 device requests per week. While we understand the urgency of this matter and are working diligently to process these requests, we ask that you wait two weeks from your submission date before inquiring about your device

I waited two weeks and did not receive my RAD, what should I do?

If your RAD does not arrive in your mailbox within two weeks of submitting it, please contact us and refrain from submitting a new form until you speak with someone from our gate department.
