All property owners who lease/rent their property must submit the Rental Property Registration Form to ensure our records are up to date. This form must be submitted after each new lease agreement is made.

It is the property owners responsibility to maintain these records, communicate with their property manager, update billing information, order pool/gate keys, and to present the tenant with the community CC&Rs.
